Biography
Smriti Shahani is a corporate lawyer with a strong focus on commercial and regulatory legal practice. She graduated from Amity Law School, Noida, and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2016 (Registration No. D/1035/2016).
Her areas of practice include Corporate Laws, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Laws, and Labour & Employment Laws. Over the years, she has developed significant experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, real estate agreements, company incorporations, corporate structuring and matters relating to the winding up of companies.
Smriti has also been actively involved in corporate and operational due diligence exercises, assisting in the legal review of Indian companies and hospitality sector entities, including hotels.
Known for her disciplined approach & client-focused attitude, she strives to deliver practical and reliable legal solutions to clients across sectors.
Prior to her independent professional engagements, Smriti gained valuable experience working with reputed law firms including Seth Dua & Associates, New Delhi Law Offices, and Diwan Advocates.
