Biography
Manoj is a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, C.A.T., MRTP Commission, National Commission, State Commission, District Courts, and Various forums in Delhi.
He worked with Mr. R. K. Anand, Sr. Advocate, for two years. He was involved in the drafting of various petitions, applications, and replies, etc., assisting Mr. Anand in the preparation of arguments, and drafting of opinions sent to various corporate houses like IOC, ONGC, ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA & Multinational firms like Formosa Plastic Corporation, U.S.A., Aircraft Leasing Co. of U.K. He also assisted Mr. RK Anand in the classic case more popularly known as the “JMM BRIBERY CASE”.
He also worked with Mr. Pradeep Deewan for a year to represent him in the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, DRT, and MRTP Commission & Various Forums related to several Banking institutions like Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank Etc.
He has been an accomplished litigation lawyer for the last 26 years for civil and criminal trials at the District courts of Delhi, original, appellate, and writ jurisdiction of Delhi High courts.

CIVIL MATTERS: – Civil Writ Petitions, Civil Appeal and Civil Revision, Injunction, Suits, Recovery Suits, Suits for Declaration, Suits for Specific Performance, Suits for Possession and Title, Matrimonial Petitions, Original Applications before CAT & DRT, Cases related to the local laws of Delhi more particularly dealing with DDA, NDMC, and DVB.
COMPANY MATTERS: – Arbitration Matters, Winding-up Petitions, and Complaints before the Competition Appellant Tribunal
CRIMINAL MATTERS: – Criminal Writ Petitions, Criminal Trials, Bails, Complaints.
