Nanda is business driven attorney offering 20+ years of diversified experience in a broad range of expertise areas primarily in pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology areas including strategic assistance for building IP assets and addressing various corporate merger and acquisitions-related legal issues involving licensing, confidentiality agreements, consulting and non-compete agreements, product licensing, development, and commercialization agreements, supply agreements, asset purchase agreements, IP due diligence, freedom to operate and infringement matters, regulatory issues in the context of Orange Book listing and Hatch Waxman litigation, and negotiations with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
