Aditya C. Yagnik, a graduate of the Institute of Law, Nirma University has an experience of 7 years.
Aditya has experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and advisory based in Ahmedabad and practicing in the areas of Commercial & Civil Litigation, Arbitration Proceedings, Labour Law/ Employment Litigation, Insolvency Proceedings, M & A, Land Matters (RERA and Deeds), IPR Matters (Trade Marks & Copyright), Recovery Proceedings, Criminal (Bail Quashing and White Collar Offences), Family Law Matters (Divorce, Child Custody, etc) across all fora including High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Forums, Trial Courts and Trade Marks Registry.
Aditya works with diverse sectors such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, real estate, banking, MSME, NBFC, telecom, manufacturing, infrastructure, healthcare, life sciences, FMCG, and PSU. On the non-litigation front the firm is involved in work such as contract drafting, conveyancing, vetting, liaisoning, and fact based legal opinions.
