He has over twenty-three year of experience in Corporate Law domain comprised of industry and practice. He has over twelve years of industry experience holding senior position of Group Company Secretary and Vice President overseeing the compliance of the large conglomerate with companies across the globe, post which he has started his professional practice. His area of practice includes compliances in Company Law, SEBI and Securities Laws, Foreign Exchange Law, RBI Regulations and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.
