Biography
Rubaina graduated with a B.A. L.L.B degree from Osmania University in 2011 and enrolled in the bar in 2011. She later earned a master’s in law & Economics degree from Universität Hamburg, Germany.
PRACTICE AREAS
- Arbitration
She actively conducts and represents its clients in both Domestic and International Arbitration proceedings encompassing all aspects of Arbitration Law from pre-reference to execution of the Award and challenges to the Award.
- NCLT and DRT
She practices in the area of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws. represented several Creditors, Debtors, and Resolution Professionals before the National Company Law Tribunal at Hyderabad Bench and Amaravati Bench and also manages litigation. before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in relation to recovery of money and securitization actions.
III. Civil Law
She has a practice on both original and appellate side of the Courts of civil jurisdiction,and has filed and defended various suits and petitions in a range of commercial matters for its clients. In addition to this, the Firm also has significant experience in contractual disputes. arising out of Construction and Development Agreements. The Firm also has a practice in Rent.

She has an extensive practice in the area of Commercial and Corporate Laws. She provides legal services to various business enterprises on commercial transactions and has. been involved in negotiating and drafting Commercial Agreements, Contracts, and MoUs. She has also filed and defended Company Petitions on Acts of Oppression and Mismanagement, Mergers, and Acquisitions and appeared before the MSME Tribunal.
- Tax Law
She has an experience in advising clients such as GMR Group, M/s. Sirpur Paper Mills Limited, etc., on issues of Commercial Taxes and has represented its Clients before the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and other Tax Authorities.
